To watch HDTV at home, a digital TV tuner or a set-topbox (STB) with a cable or satellite is needed. However, these devices can support only one TV. Since several TVs or displays are at each home and each family member want to watch HDTV in their each room, each home needs several STBs with additional cable and splitters. To solve this problem, there are a few products on the market called video sharing devices. However, these products support only a oneto-one connection or only one sharing TV channel. Therefore users can not choose a TV channel witch they want or are able to watch only two HDTVs.
In this paper, we present a wireless HDTV channel sharing system. In our system, up to 8 users can watch what they want individually.
